Opus Dome is the pedagogical cooperative of Ammattiopisto Live's basic degree in media. Its purpose is to enable students to do work training, where they hone the basic skills of acting as an entrepreneur already during their studies. If they wish, students can become part of the pedagogical cooperative in Live's media studies after the compulsory studies. It takes place approximately during the second year of study. Cooperative members do customer work for all kinds of customers both inside and outside the school. Client works are photos, videos, streams and graphic works. Students get paid for client work, just as if they were working as independent freelancers. In the cooperative, students learn not only professional skills, but also entrepreneurial activities and customer service, and create the networks needed as entrepreneurs. After completing their studies, students can continue cooperative activities at Osuuskunta Live Flow and thereby move towards founding their own company.
